What We Offer
Not everyone will need every level of care. We help you find yours.
Start here · Online
A one-on-one online evaluation with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor to determine the need for treatment. If treatment is needed, we recommend the level of care and give you referral sources that accept your insurance, plus private-pay options.
Virtual · 24 sessions
Education, counseling and support in your recovery journey: chemical dependency education, healthy coping skills, and process group with peers and staff.
Virtual · 12 sessions
2 sessions a week for 6 weeks. SOP is mostly a required level of care set by legal entities such as probation officers. It is not covered by insurance because of its limited hours.

Understanding the Levels
Substance use disorder treatment consists of 5 levels of care. Not everyone will need to complete every level.
Medically managed symptoms of initial withdrawals.
Patients remain in a facility 24/7 for approximately 30 days.
Typically 20 hours per week of clinical programming.
Generally 3 or 4 days per week, about 2.5 to 3 hours each session.
The least restrictive level, typically set by a judge or probation officer. Insurance does not cover this level.
Need detox, residential or partial hospital care? Your evaluation includes referral sources that accept your insurance.
Questions
It's a one-on-one session with a licensed counselor. We gather information to see whether you need services and which ones fit you best, then talk through what we recommend.
If we recommend treatment, we go over the levels of care with you and what each program costs. For medical detox and residential treatment, we help you find referrals within your means: private pay, insurance or grant-funded.
Courts, probation officers and other legal entities can get documentation of the recommendations, but only with a written Authorization to Release Information on file for them.

Yes. All of our services are online right now, including evaluations, IOP and SOP, so you can join from home anywhere in Texas.
No. Insurance policies don't cover SOP because of its limited hours each week.
